Step 1: enter your date
Create your personalised pregnancy calendar by choosing one of the four options, then entering the appropriate date:
Calendar based on first day of last period
Calendar based on conception date

Step 2: enter the days of your cycle
Fertilisation usually takes place 14 days before your next period. If your menstrual cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days, enter the length of your cycle (the number of days from the start of one menstrual cycle to the next).
